During the meeting of Ambassador of Ukraine Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Kuwait Prince Sultan bin Saad Al Saud the parties discussed a variety of subjects concerning the regional and international agenda, in particular humanitarian consequences of the war against Ukraine. 

In this regard, Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa expressed gratitude to his Saudi colleague for Kingdom’s successful hosting of the Peace Formula meeting of national security advisors in Jeddah as well as humanitarian assistance, pledged by KSA to Ukrainians.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Balanutsa briefed Prince Sultan bin Saad Al Saud on the latest developments of the “Grain from Ukraine” humanitarian initiative, aimed at protecting the world from global food crisis.
