VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE

All visa applications must be submitted to the Ukrainian Visa Center (address: Kuwait City, Al-Shuhadah str., "Arraya Center", 30th floor, VFS Global Co., tel.: 22084502).

Applicants who are planning to apply for entry visas to Ukraine should make an online registration beforehand and take an appointment through the website http://visa.mfa.gov.ua.

This procedure consists of the following steps:

1. The online visa application form should be filled in carefully and correctly, inaccuracy might be considered as an attempt to provide a false information and may become a reason for the rejection of the application.

Please note that applicant’s picture uploaded to «VISA» system ought to be: a high quality; white background; straight head position; opened eyes; closed mouth; the applicant’s face occupies 70-80% of the photo.

2. Having completed the online application form, the applicant has to print out this form and then he/she will be able to choose the date and exact time of the appointment for the submission of application and supporting documents.

3. The final indicator of successful registration is receiving a message on the applicant’s personal e-mail with the confirmation of the date and time chosen to apply for a visa.

Attention! Not getting this mail means that registration was not completed and you must repeat the mentioned procedure.

VISA PROCESSING

The foreigners and stateless persons may apply for an entry visa to Ukraine personally or through an authorized person no earlier than three months before the intended visit.

The application form of a minor child must be signed by one of his/her parents.

Regular visa processing time is 10 working days from the date of submission of visa application and supporting documents. This processing can be extended to 30 calendar days in case if it is necessary to send a request to the Ukrainian competent authorities.
