In accordance with the decree of the President of Ukraine № 289/2020, starting from 01 August 2020 Ukraine abolishes visas for nationals of Kuwait. The visa free regime is introduced for short-term stays of up to 90 days within 180 days.

The decision has been adopted with a view of further strengthening friendly bilateral relations, boosting economic cooperation with Kuwait, as well as rebooting Ukrainian tourism industry and promoting foreign investment in Ukraine.
