On February 19, 2024, the Ukrainian Embassy in Kuwait, led by Ambassador Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa, showcased Ukraine's rich culture at the "Kuwait in the Eyes of the World" exhibition at Um Kulthum secondary school. This event, stemming from the historic 2019 TV-bridge initiative, connecting Ukraine’s and Kuwait’s pupils, featured traditional Ukrainian handicrafts, books, and artifacts, drawing a large audience. Ambassador Balanutsa's opening remarks celebrated Kuwait's national holidays and lauded the educational ties between our nations, highlighted by the participation of Ukrainian students studying under scholarships at Kuwait University.
