On April 1, 2021 Ambassador of Ukraine to Kuwait Dr. O. Balanutsa held a working meeting with Kuwaiti colleagues of Mr.  V. Lobanovskyi who had been working with him during his Kuwaiti period of the coaching career. The Parties discussed the concept of the memoir book (in Arabic) by colleagues and students of V. Lobanovskyi and agreed to collect the archive of materials about the prominent Ukrainian coach available in Kuwaiti mass media. These materials would be the basis for the book which will represent the sport heritage of V. Lobanovskyi in Kuwait.
