Ambassador Dr. Balanutsa expressed his deep condolences on the sad demise of H. H. Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Amir of the Sate of Kuwait, praising the vast contributions done by H.H. to make Kuwait prosperous. 

In the meantime, Ambassador congratulated the new Amir of Kuwait, H. H. Sheikh Nawaf Al-Sabah and named by H.H. Sheikh Meshaal Al-Sabah as a Crown Prince of Kuwait, wishing the new leadership of Kuwait everlasting progress and success.
