On December 24, 2025 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Maksym Subkh held a meeting with the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait for human rights affairs H.E. Sheikha Jawaher Al-Sabah.

During the conversation both parties discussed in detail the ways of intensification of cooperation within UN General Assembly and other international organizations. Special attention was paid to the issue of the return of Ukrainian children forcibly displaced by the Russian occupying authorities from the territory of Ukraine.

The Аmbassador also informed his interlocutor about the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine, the recent massive missile and drone attacks against Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure, as well as the active international diplomatic efforts being made by our state to bring about a just, comprehensive, and lasting peace for Ukraine.
