At the Embassy of Great Britain in Kuwait the Ukrainian Cultural Evening was held.
The Ambassador of Ukraine, Dr.
Oleksandr Balanutsa, thanked the British people for the support of Ukraine during the full-scale war: "During these days, the British people are mourning a great loss - the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. However, even during their period of mourning, the British people continue to support and help Ukrainians."
Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa thanked Her Excellency the Ambassador of Great Britain in Kuwait, Belinda Lewis, for her help and support of Ukrainian ideals in the Middle East.
The highlight of the evening was the concert of the Ukrainian pianist Evghen Khmara, during which the pianist played some of the Queen's favourite compositions. During the event, attendees were able to explore art depicting images of children being saved from the Russo-Ukrainian war, created as part of the art project from the
Save Ukraine organisation, along with the works of Ukrainian fashion designers - Oksana Polonets and Krystyna Zboroshenko.
