On September 25, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti National Guard Lieutenant General Hashim Al-Rifai.

The delegation of Ukrainian state enterprise “Spetstechnoexport” led by its Director Mr.Vladyslav Belbas participated in the meeting.

The parties discussed ways of establishing cooperation between the National Guard of Kuwait and concerned state enterprises and authorities of Ukraine in the sphere of procurement of military goods as well as organizing joint military trainings.
