On September 20, 2019, Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with Ukrainian students who are enrolled at the Language Center of Kuwait University for the 2019-2020 academic year, as well as those pursuing a bachelor’s degree from the College of Arts at the University.

During the meeting, Ambassador Dr. Balanutsa congratulated the students on the start of the new academic year and wished them every success in their studies of the Arabic language. Dr. Balanutsa also highlighted the students' important mission of representing their country abroad with honor.
