On September 03, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the CEO of Blood Transfusion Administration Service of Kuwait, head of the Late Salwa Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah stem cell and umbilical cord center Dr. Reem Ali Al-Radwan.

The parties discussed ways of establishing cooperation between the Late Salwa Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah stem cell and umbilical cord center and concerned Ukrainian medical centers in particular Institute of cell therapy and Infinity clinic.
