On September 02, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Director General of Kuwait Ports Authority Yousef Abdullah Al-Sabah.

The parties discussed ways of intensification of cooperation between the ports administrations of Ukraine and Kuwait by means of organizing mutual visits as well as the possibility to sign a Memorandum of understanding between SE "Ukrainian sea ports authority " and Kuwait ports authority.
