On July 4, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Secretary General of Kuwait’s National Council of culture, arts and letters Dr. Kamel Al-Abdeljaleel.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues of boosting cooperation in sphere of culture and arts, in particular, possibility of organization of the Week of Ukrainian culture in Kuwait with the participation of Ukrainian music teams and artists, the publication of a collection of novels of Kuwaiti writers translated into Ukrainian as well as the cooperation between the national libraries of Ukraine and Kuwait.
