On July 3, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the President of Kuwait Red Crescent Society Dr. Helal Al-Sayer.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues of boosting cooperation in humanitarian sphere, in particular, conducting joint humanitarian medical events, in order to provide medical aid to refugees, especially children with congenital heart defects with further surgical treatment in Ukraine.
