On March 26, 2019 the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad As-Sabah and the Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber Mubarak As-Sabah met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Volodymyr Tolkach on the occasion of the completion of his tenure in the country.

The Ambassador extended his gratitude to the leadership of Kuwait for the fruitful cooperation and assistance in solving the tasks of developing the bilateral relations as well as for Kuwait’s support of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

From its part the leaders of Kuwait highly estimated the efforts of Ambassador Tolkach in promoting and developing the bilateral relations and wished him success in his future duties.
