On March 12, 2019 the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of foreign affairs of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khalid As-Sabah met with the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Volodymyr Tolkach on the occasion of the completion of his tenure in the country.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait extended his gratitude to the Ambassador Tolkach for his efforts in promoting and developing the bilateral relations and wished him success in his future duties.
