On December 18, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Balanutsa addressed native and non-native Arabic speakers with a congratulations video message (recorded in Arabic) on the occasion of the World Arabic language Day which is one of the official languages of the United Nations.
