On December 13, 2018 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Mr. Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Assistant of Kuwait's Foreign Minister for European affairs  Mr. Waleed Ali Al-Khubeizi.

During the meeting the parties discussed the ways of implementation of the agreements reached during the 4th session of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Kuwaiti commission on economic, technical and trade cooperation on November 6-8, 2018.
