On November 29, 2018 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Volodymyr Tolkach met with the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of defence of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Naser Sabah As-Sabah.

During the conversation the parties discussed ways of intensification of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of defense as well as the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the State of Kuwait in military sphere and other spheres concluded during the state visit of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to Kuwait on March 18-19, 2018.
