Thanks to the fruitful cooperation between the Embassy of Ukraine in Kuwait and National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature the first in the history Arabic edition of the selected works of Taras Shevchenko was published and handled to the representatives of Embassy on May 23, 2016.

Should be noted the fruitful work on the compilation and translation by the international group of translators: Volodymyr Martyniuk (MFA of Ukraine), Dr. Fadel Al-Mowail (Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts of the State of Kuwait), Olena Khomitska (Institute of Philology, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University).
