Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Minister of Education and Higher Education of the State of Kuwait Dr. Bader Al-Issa.

The participants discussed current situation on higher education in Ukraine and the State of Kuwait and exchanged views on possible ways of cooperation between both countries in the sphere of education and science.

Special attention was paid to issues related to creating appropriate legal framework, establishing direct links between higher educational institutions and developing common mechanism to solve difficulties connected with practice of non-recognition of national universities’ diplomas in Kuwait.
