On May, 28 Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Volodymyr Tolkach met with Director General of the Office of the Vice-Prime-Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah and presented letters of President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and Ukrainian’s Minister for Foreign Affairs Leonid Kozhara addressed to HH the Emir Sheikh Sabah A. Al-Sabah and Vice-Prime-Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs  Sheikh Sabah H. Al-Sabah on occasion of the 20th anniversary of establish the diplomatic bilateral relations. 

During the conversation the participants discussed further steps of development of Ukrainian-Kuwaiti cooperation.
