Today, Ukraine and the State of Kuwait mark the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

On behalf of the Embassy of Ukraine, I sincerely congratulate the leadership and people of the friendly State of Kuwait on this significant occasion and express my deep gratitude for their consistent support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as for their solidarity with the Ukrainian people.

Over the past 33 years, our relations have evolved into a strong partnership based on mutual respect, trust, and a shared vision of peace and stability. Security cooperation holds a special place in this partnership.

We highly appreciate the active political dialogue, Kuwait’s humanitarian support, and its openness to expanding economic cooperation — from food security to participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

I am confident that the Ukrainian–Kuwaiti partnership will continue to strengthen for the benefit of our peoples and in the interest of enhancing regional and global security.
