In the context of global events marking the second anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion and the Day of Resistance to the Occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, we are proud to announce an initiative by the team of Ukrainian students from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, currently studying under the academic mobility program in Kuwait University, to conduct an open lecture in Arabic for their classmates and professors at Kuwait University.

The lecture addressed the preconditions, course, and global consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The presentation was accompanied by a video about the historical development of Ukraine, which the students edited, translated, and dubbed into Arabic themselves.

The Embassy expresses deep gratitude to the students for their initiative, creativity, and significant contribution to spreading accurate information about Ukraine in Arabic.
