On 11 October 2023, Embassy of Ukraine in Kuwait headed by Ambassador Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa organized a farewell meeting with Ambassador Dr. Rashid Al-Adwani on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic tenure in Kyiv, Ukraine. During the meeting, Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa and the Embassy staff thanked Dr. Rashid for his contribution to the development of the bilateral relations between Ukraine and Kuwait.
