On 1 May 2024, Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa held a meeting with Mr. Abdulmohsen J. Al-Zaid, Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs, ahead of the forthcoming departure following the completion of his tenure as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait.

During the meeting, the two parties reviewed a range of current regional and international issues, focusing particularly on the potential for further development of bilateral relations between Ukraine and Kuwait in various fields.
