05.05.2026 The Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait, Maksym Subkh, met with the First Gentleman of Slovenia, Aleš Musar, and the Director of the Slovenian foundation ITF Enhancing Human Security, Tomaz Lovrenčič.

The meeting took place during the visit of the Slovenian delegation to Kuwait. As part of the working visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the ITF Enhancing Human Security and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.

The Memorandum outlines the areas of cooperation between the parties in the implementation of humanitarian projects, establishing a framework for supporting humanitarian initiatives abroad.

Following the visit, the parties agreed to continue active engagement to implement the agreed understandings in the field of humanitarian initiatives implementation within the “Ukraine–Kuwait–Slovenia” format.
