Ambassador of Ukraine Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa visited the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Kuwait to express his condolences to the Ambassador of Oman and the Omani people on the passing of Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al-Said. During the visit, Dr. Balanutsa also made an entry in the book of mourning.
