On September 29-30, 2019, Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa, Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait, welcomed Mr. Yevhen Poltavets, Manager of the "Dynamo-Dubai" children's football academy, at the Embassy's premises. Mr. Poltavets's visit to Kuwait was part of a familiarization tour designed to forge business connections with key stakeholders interested in expanding the network of football academies and enhancing the presence of Ukrainian football in Kuwait.
