On September 29, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Director General of Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) Mr. Salem Al-Ozainah.
The parties discussed ways of establishing cooperation between the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) and the competent authorities of Ukraine.
