On September 10, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the President of the National Security Service of Kuwait Shaikh Thamer Ali As-Sabah.
The parties discussed ways of establishing cooperation between the National Security Service of Kuwait and the security authorities of Ukraine.
