On July 23, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the State of Kuwait Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Khader. During the meeting the parties discussed potential of Ukrainian-Kuwaiti cooperation in defence sphere.
