On July 17, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Director General of the Public administration for applied education and training Dr. Ali Almudhaf.

During the meeting the parties discussed the possibility of exchange of students and teachers between Public administration for applied education and training and higher education institutions of Ukraine, mutual participation in international conferences held in both countries as well as ways of implementation of the Agreement on cooperation between Kyiv National Polytechnical University and Public administration for applied education and training.
