On July 11, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Director General of National Bureau for Academic Accreditation and Education Quality Assurance Dr.Hamad Al-Adwani.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issue of adding Ukrainian universities to the list of higher education establishments recommended by the Ministry of higher education of Kuwait for its citizens to study in as well as the recognition of Ukrainian certificates and diplomas in Kuwait. It was agreed on the possibility to arrange the visit of Kuwaiti expert delegation to Ukraine in the nearest time.
