On July 8, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Dean of the College of Arts of Kuwait University Dr. Souad Abdelwahhab.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues of study of Ukrainian students at the College of Arts and the Language Center of Kuwait University, organization of joint educational, cultural and scientific events, the exchange of students and teachers between Kuwait University and higher education institutions of Ukraine as well as mutual participation in international conferences held in both countries.
