On July 1, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with Undersecretary of Ministry of Health of the State of Kuwait Dr.Mustafa Redha.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues of boosting cooperation in the field of rehabilitation of patients by the “Koziavkin method”, treatment of Kuwaiti citizens in Ukrainian medical institutions of cell therapy as well as conducting humanitarian events by leading cardiac surgeons of Ukraine. It was agreed to arrange a visit of the leadership of the Ministry of Health of Kuwait to Ukraine to get acquainted with medical services in our country.
