On June 27, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine Dr.Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Assistant Minister of Commerce and Industry of the State of Kuwait Shaikh Nimr Al-Sabah.

During the meeting the parties discussed the issues of intensification of cooperation in the spheres of trade, economy, tourism and healthcare, collaboration between sea ports, possibilities of establishing direct flights between Ukraine and Kuwait as well as implementation of the results of the 4th Session of the Intergovernmental Kuwaiti-Ukrainian Commission on economic, technical and trade cooperation.
