On June 23, 2019 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa met with the Minister of higher education of the State of Kuwait Dr. Hamed Al-Azemi.

During the meeting the parties discussed the ways of intensification of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of education, highlighting the high quality of higher education in Ukraine. The Kuwaiti side expressed its interest in increasing the number of its students in Ukrainian universities and recognition of Ukrainian diplomas in Kuwait. It was agreed on the possibility to arrange the visit of Kuwaiti expert delegation to Ukraine in the nearest time.
