On July 30, 2018 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Dr. Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Minister of higher education of the State of Kuwait Dr. Hamed Al-Azemi.

During the meeting the parties continued discussing ways of intensification of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of education, the issue of accreditation of Ukrainian universities in Kuwait as well as the possible visit of Kuwaiti expert delegation to Ukraine in accordance with the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to Kuwait (March 18-19, 2018).

During the meeting the Ambassador passed a letter of the Minister of education and science of Ukraine Liliya Grynevych to her Kuwaiti colleague with an invitation to pay an official visit to Ukraine.
