On November 19 the Embassy of Ukraine in Kuwait held a diplomatic reception on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine.

The event was attended by Kuwaiti officials, representatives of diplomatic corps accredited in Kuwait, business, political and cultural circles of Kuwait, journalists, representatives of Ukrainian community etc.

In his solemn speech the Ambassador of Ukraine Volodymyr Tolkach noted that despite the brutal external aggression, the economic growth in Ukraine eventually started this year thanks to the international support of Ukraine’s friends.

Kuwaiti government was represented by the Minister of oil, Minister of water and electricity of Kuwait Issam Al-Marzouq.
