On October 11, 2017 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Mr. Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Deputy Minister of higher education of the State of Kuwait HE Hamed Al-Azemi.

During the meeting the parties discussed the ways of intensification of bilateral cooperation in the sphere of education, the issue of accreditation of Ukrainian universities in Kuwait, as well as the situation with the draft Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of higher education and scientific research.
