On July 31, 2017 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Director General of Public Authority for Sport Sheikh Ahmed Mansour As-Sabah.

During the meeting the parties discussed the ways of implementation of joint sports programs as well as the situation with the draft Memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the Public Authority for Sports of the State of Kuwait on cooperation in the youth field, field of physical culture and sports.
