On May 25, 2017 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Director General of Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research Dr. Samira Omar.
During the meeting the parties discussed the ways of establishing cooperation between Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research and Ukrainian research institutes.
