On February 19, 2017 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Dean of the College of Arts of Kuwait University doc.Saad Abdelwahhab.
During the meeting the parties discussed the possibilities of establishing cooperation between Ukrainian and Kuwaiti universities. In particular, the issue of the study of Ukrainian students in the language center and the college of arts of Kuwait University was discussed.
