On January 22, 2017 the Embassy’s staff and the Ukrainian community participated in the event on the occasion of the Conciliarity Day of Ukraine.

During the event the head of the diplomatic mission had a welcome speech, in which he emphasized the consolidation of the Ukrainian people as well as the unity between the different regions of Ukraine.

The activists of the Public Union of Ukrainian-Kuwaiti friendship briefed the audience on the events of the Ukrainian revolution of 1917-1921.

During the evening the film "Reunion. Conciliarity Day of Ukraine", created by the Central State photo archive of Ukraine, was also demonstrated.
