On April, 15 there was a meeting of members of the Union of Ukrainian-Kuwaiti Friendship in the hotel «Mirage Suites» on the occasion of Easter.

The representatives of Ukrainian community in the State of Kuwait were invited to participate in a contest to select the best examples of the national cuisine in the categories "The most beautiful painted Easter egg", "Hot dish", "Salad" and "Dessert". The winners of the competition were awarded with diplomas of the UUKF and the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Kuwait.

During the celebration the participants were offered the opportunity to get acquainted with the history of Easter. Our compatriots were also delivered a welcome message from Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine K.Gryshchenko on the occasion of this great Christian holiday.
