Kuwaiti TV channel KTV-2 has shot the solemn speach of Ambassador of Ukraine to Kuwait Volodymyr Tolkach on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Ukraine's independence. The broadcasting of the speach on the national TV channel is scheduled for 18:00 on August 24, 2016 (Hala Kuwait program).
