On July 17 the Ambassador of Ukraine to Kuwait Mr.Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Kuwait Mr.Frans Potuyt. During the meeting the Ukrainian side expressed its condolences over the crash of the plane MN-17 two years ago which took lives of 298 persons.

The Ambassador of Ukraine stressed that the Ukrainian side is using all possibilities for holding transparent and impartial investigation to determine the personal responsibility of those guilty in the death of passengers of the aircraft and backs the initiative to create the international tribunal for investigation of this tragedy.
