On December 3, 2015 the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Kuwait Volodymyr Tolkach met with the Minister of health of Kuwait HE Dr. Ali Al-Obaidi with the participation of Director General of International clinic of rehabilitation prof. Volodymyr Kozyavkin.

During the meeting the parties discussed the current work on the draft of MOU between the Government of Kuwait and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on health cooperation as well as issue of establishing of cooperation between the Ministry of health of Kuwait and the International clinic of rehabilitation.
