English-language weekly newspaper «The Times» posted an official detailed comment of the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Kuwait on the article «Why the West lost even before they won Ukraine», issued on March, 2 2014.

The publication proposed to analyze the events of the last three months in downtown of Kyiv in the light of political-social processes in Eastern and Central Europe, aimed at building civil society. It also emphasized on inadmissibility of speculation over labeling such as "fascists" on a major part of the population and political elite of Ukraine, provided clarification on the illegitimate status of the former president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and violations of the territorial integrity of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.
